Today I am grateful for friends. I am especially grateful for my friend Kassidi. We met her and Brandon in Avenues Ward in SLC. We had all sorts of fun with them and though she lives so far away, I love that I can call her and it seems like she still just lives across the street from me.

She was diagnosed with breast cancer this past year and I hate that there is not much I can do for her being across the country. At least I can make sure she knows how grateful I am to have her as my friend. She is strong, brave, and a pillar of positive light in the midst of what she has going on in her life. I cannot wait to see her and her sweet sweet family in the hopefully near future.
